Role guide: Admin can manage users + all integrations. Member has full access to projects, billing, and checklists. Subcontractor and Client exist as the least-privileged tier but aren’t assignable yet — they’re reserved for the client portal.
Personal tokens for chat apps that skip the sign-in flow — Codex’s config file, Perplexity’s “API Key” option. A token acts as the person it’s minted for: treat it like a password, and revoke it here the moment it’s not needed.

Tokens created when someone connects via sign-in (Claude’s connector) are listed too — revoking one disconnects that app instantly. Access follows the user’s current role: demoting or removing the user kills every one of their tokens on the next call.
