Creates draft deposit requests when an agreement is signed; admin approves before the request goes out.

Document creation runs through the Greenroom server using a service account scoped to greenroomconsultants.me. No browser auth needed.
Store the agreement once and Greenroom fills it per project — client, address, and the fee schedule — then gives you a link where the client reads and accepts it. No hunting for the file, no retyping fees.

Role guide: Admin can manage users + all integrations. Member has full access to projects, billing, and checklists. Subcontractor and Client exist as the least-privileged tier but aren’t assignable yet — they’re reserved for the client portal.
Personal tokens for chat apps that skip the sign-in flow — Codex’s config file, Perplexity’s “API Key” option. A token acts as the person it’s minted for: treat it like a password, and revoke it here the moment it’s not needed.

Tokens created when someone connects via sign-in (Claude’s connector) are listed too — revoking one disconnects that app instantly. Access follows the user’s current role: demoting or removing the user kills every one of their tokens on the next call.
A read-only portal for the general contractors on your jobs: plans, design progress and status, never money. Add the firm, add its people, then share projects with the firm from each project’s drawer. People sign in with an emailed link, no Google account needed.
Contractors sign in at /portal with the email you add here. Send them that address: the dashboard’s own sign-in is for staff.
Removing a person signs them out everywhere on their next click. Archiving a firm switches its access off without touching its projects; restore it and everything comes back.
Who did what in Greenroom, newest first, from the audit log, which keeps 180 days. Every ArchiCAD download (site plan, terrain and Project Info) is listed with the person who made it.
